My process & style
I know with enquires comes lots of questions, I thought It was a great time to dive deeper into my process from enquiry to delivery. I also wanted to touch base on my style as I find it very important to choose a photographer that you absolutely adore and naturally navigate towards. I personally describe my photography as natural, warm & authentic. I can wholeheartedly say I want to capture your story as it is. I believe it is so important to look back at your images and remember your life moments for what they truly were. As the days pass, your images will mean even more to you because your baby will be that little bit older, the time will pass, the season of your life is slowly changing. I provide a beautiful client wardrobe full of neutral colours that will stand the test of time. I love my whites, creams, pastels, browns & earthy colours. I am proud of my client wardrobe & the use of all of my items is included in any of my packages. I am always adding beautiful pieces.
The first step of my process is getting in touch. I have a contact page on my website where you can fill in a few key questions. I want to know the type of session & when you are looking to book. I am also available to chat via phone, email or Instagram. I am so happy to answer your questions. We will decide on a date, or a tentative date based your due date if you're pregnant to secure a spot for you.
The next step will be an email in your inbox ( usually junk, thank you outlook) where you will find a link to your invoice, contract & a questionnaire. I personally love the questionnaire, it is a chance for you to share a bit about yourself, your family & what you hope to achieve from our session. I require a $150 deposit with the full balance due 1 week prior to your booking.
A week prior to our booking I will reach out to send drop pins for locations, confirm our session time & any client pieces you would like me to bring. I am happy to bring a few to select from as I understand it can be challenging to select from a photo without trying them on.
Our session is here! I will meet you at our location or your home if you have booked an in home session. This is a time to embrace the chaos, to spend an hour or so with your family or your other half and let the afternoon unfold. I am very down to earth and often told I am very easy to talk to. I have a very welcoming and friendly personality and truly believe the client's that choose me, do so because they are very similar to me. The power of social media is great because you can simply jump onto my Instagram and see me often chatting away on my stories and can get a great insight into who I am before you even meet me!
I am the type of photographer that can't help herself, you will be sure to see a sneak peek of your session usually within 24 hours. With your permission I will share some sneak peek's to my social media. I know just how exciting it is awaiting the delivery of images as I book a session for my own family once a year. Your full gallery of images will be delivered within 3 weeks to a secure online gallery where you will create a favourites list for the number of selected images in your package. This is a chance for you to upgrade to all of the images if you absolutely adore them.
I am proud to offer a beautiful online store that is apart of your online gallery to purchase additional products. I have sourced products that are truly incredible. I offer professional prints, wall art & albums. My albums are ordered via email as I spend the time to perfectly design and send proofs of your album to you before they are sent for print. I have been designing albums for a long time and truly enjoy bringing your images to life. I am so passionate about print, to see your memories around the home is priceless. It is a good reminder of just how lucky we are & how grateful we should be daily for our beautiful memories.
Your beautiful products will arrive to me so I can check everything is perfect for you. If you are local I will personally deliver or post via express mail to your door.
All of my clients will receive $100 off their next booking. I take so much pride in my art and am so grateful for over 50 five star reviews on Google.
